Eyo daily hotfix v6.3 lets goo

Fixes:

• Fixed item grabbing, items are now grabbed 100% of the time
• Made the timer more accurate
• Big performance improvements on lower graphics quality
• Balancing changes to Bone%
• Alt-Tabbing now works 100% of the time with no hiccups
• Items are now picked up and highlighted faster
• Items no longer become weightless after letting go of them
